Dispatched from Our Warehouses
Your order ships from one of our warehouses — including our European warehouse in Germany, right at the heart of Europe. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, and you receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Handled with Care, Every Step of the Way
Before any piece is packed, it's carefully inspected and moved through our warehouse using proper equipment — never dragged or stacked carelessly. Even large, heavy bronze sculptures are wheeled and positioned with care to avoid any risk of damage before packing even begins.
Packed to Arrive Safely
Bronze, porcelain, and resin sculptures are beautiful — but also fragile and often heavy. Every order is double-boxed and padded, with corners cushioned and pieces secured so they can't shift in transit. Large and especially delicate pieces are additionally protected in sturdy, custom-built crates. If something still arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.

We ship with FedEx and UPS International Priority — among the fastest and most reliable express services in the world — and shipping is free on every order. Every parcel is fully tracked from our warehouse door to yours. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Australia, New Zealand & rest of the world: 3–7 business days
Customs & Duties
United States: the price you see is final. US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — all import duties and taxes are covered by us, with nothing to pay on delivery.
Europe: orders shipped from our German warehouse to addresses in the European Union travel within the EU and do not go through customs.
Other destinations: we prepare all customs documents for you. Some countries may charge local import duties or taxes, which are not included in the product price and are paid by the recipient unless otherwise stated.
