  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Fragile items such as bronze sculptures are double-boxed and padded to prevent damage during transit.
