Description
Description
Evoking the aesthetic fervor of the early twentieth century, this piece captures the cultural fascination with Egyptomania that followed the discovery of royal tombs in the 1920s. The stylized features and geometric precision reflect the Art Deco movement's desire to marry ancient iconography with modern artistic sensibilities, paying homage to the regal mystique of Ptolemaic queens like Cleopatra VII. Adorned with the traditional uraeus—the protective cobra symbol of divine authority—and layered in classic Egyptian regalia, the figure embodies the enduring allure of Nile civilizations as reimagined by the sophisticated designers of the Jazz Age. This depiction aligns with the themes of historical romanticism, the revival of classical antiquity, and the glamorous, globalist spirit of mid-century interior aesthetics.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
