Art Nouveau style porcelain vases are decorative art pieces that were produced during the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The Art Nouveau style emerged as a reaction to the ornate and highly decorative styles of the Victorian era, and it emphasized organic forms and flowing lines inspired by natural elements.
Art Nouveau style porcelain vases are typically characterized by their sculptural qualities, asymmetrical shapes, and intricate surface designs. The vases often feature highly stylized depictions of natural elements, such as flowers, leaves, and animals, that are rendered in an elegant and flowing manner.
In terms of technique, Art Nouveau style porcelain vases were often made using innovative and experimental glaze techniques that allowed for the creation of rich and vibrant colors. The vases were also often decorated using techniques such as relief carving, embossing, and incising, which added texture and depth to their surfaces.
One of the most famous Art Nouveau porcelain vase designers was the French ceramicist Émile Gallé, who created highly sought-after vases that feature delicate floral motifs and multi-layered glass construction. Another notable artist was the aforementioned Pierre-Adrien Dalpayrat, who was known for his innovative glazing techniques and deep blue glazes.
Art Nouveau style porcelain vases are highly prized by collectors of decorative arts and can command high prices at auction. The value of such vases depends on factors such as their rarity, condition, provenance, and the reputation of the artist who created them.

Great item! Sales acted promptly when I asked about the whereabouts of my package.

Arrived when expected and the item is beautiful. Looks quality and great detail. It is a gift for someone and I don't think they'll be disappointed with it. Also, I had some concerns about delivery time as I was on a tight schedule but had plenty of communication with the seller and it was delivered by Royal Mail which was reassuring.

Made it all the way to USA in one piece. It’s fantastic. Better than expected and heavy. Little guys got some weight to him. Very happy with purchase.
