Description
Description
This depiction of Athena draws upon the enduring myth of the foundation of Athens, where the goddess of wisdom secured the city's devotion by presenting the sacred olive tree as a gift to its people. Standing beneath the boughs of this emblematic tree, she is portrayed with her quintessential attributes: the aegis, the spear of strategic warfare, and her loyal owl, a symbol of keen foresight. Her presence is a testament to the classical ideals of justice, civilization, and the harmonious balance between intellectual rigor and martial strength. Rooted in the themes of Greek mythology, classical history, and the veneration of ancient deities, this representation invites reflection on the foundational narratives of Western antiquity.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
