Denix Pocket Revolver, USA 1849 – Non-Firing Replica – a detailed collector's revolver by Denix, the Spanish maker of historical replicas since 1966. Replica of the five-shot pocket revolver of 1849, popular with travellers and stagecoach guards of the Old West, with a grey-finish barrel and wooden grip. It recreates a piece from the American Civil War and Old West (1861–1899) period, made of metal & wood with a grey finish.
It is a non-firing display replica: the mechanism is simulated for realism, it cannot fire and cannot be converted to fire. Made for collectors, film and history enthusiasts, home and office display, theatre and photography props.
