A beautiful decor for your living spaces with its wonderful details with handwork, a mixture of bone dust and bronze by Veronese design
The Battle of the Hydra is one of the famous twelve labors of Hercules, a famous hero from Greek mythology. In this labor, Hercules was tasked with killing the Lernaean Hydra, a serpent-like creature with multiple heads that lived in a swamp near the city of Lerna.
The Hydra was considered to be a fierce and terrifying creature that was feared by the people of Lerna. It was said to have nine heads, one of which was immortal and could not be killed. Each time one of the heads was cut off, two more would grow in its place.
Hercules, aided by his nephew Iolaus, went to the swamp and confronted the Hydra. He used his strength to cut off its heads, but each time he did so, two more heads grew in their place. Iolaus helped him by cauterizing the neck with a firebrand to prevent the growth of new heads.
Finally, Hercules was able to cut off the immortal head, and buried it under a large rock. He then dipped his arrows in the venomous blood of the Hydra, making them deadly poison.
This labor of Hercules is often seen as a metaphor for overcoming impossible odds, and the power of perseverance. The Hydra was a powerful and terrifying creature that was said to be impossible to defeat, but Hercules was able to overcome it through determination and strategy.

Arrived when expected and the item is beautiful. Looks quality and great detail. It is a gift for someone and I don't think they'll be disappointed with it. Also, I had some concerns about delivery time as I was on a tight schedule but had plenty of communication with the seller and it was delivered by Royal Mail which was reassuring.

This is a gift for my wife who loves owls. This piece of Steampunk art takes the wise bird whom Athena in Greek mythology favours to an entirely new level. I love steampunk art and my wife is quite impressed with this figurine which is well made and quite unique.
