Description
Description
Hippolyta, the renowned Queen of the Amazons, holds a legendary place in ancient Greek mythology. Born of Ares, the god of war, and Otrera, an Amazonian queen, Hippolyta inherited a realm where women were valorous warriors and ruled supreme. Under her reign, the Amazons thrived in Themiscyra, near the Black Sea, living in a society that celebrated female strength, independence, and martial prowess. The most famous tale of Hippolyta involves her encounter with Hercules, one of his twelve labors assigned to retrieve her magical girdle given to her by her father, Ares. This mission set the stage for a tragic confrontation that intertwined her fate with the world of gods and heroes, etching her name into the annals of myth as a symbol of feminine power and resilience.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
