Description
Description
This scene captures the poignant moment of the Last Supper, the final meal shared by Jesus with his apostles in Jerusalem as recounted in the New Testament. The composition draws inspiration from the enduring legacy of Renaissance iconography, which emphasizes the psychological tension and dramatic interplay among the figures gathered around the table. As Jesus institutes the Eucharist, the apostles are depicted in varying states of contemplation and discourse, reflecting the profound theological significance of this pivotal event in Christian history. This depiction belongs to the themes of Christian faith, sacred art, and historical religious tradition, inviting reflection on a foundational narrative that has inspired centuries of artistic interpretation and devotion.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
