Description
Description
This depiction captures the profound emotional intensity of the Last Supper, the final meal shared by Jesus with his apostles before his crucifixion, an event foundational to Christian theology and the establishment of the Eucharist. Set against a backdrop of ancient stone masonry and arched windows that evoke the architecture of the Holy Land, the scene freezes the moment of revelation when the savior announces that one among them will betray him. Each figure is rendered with distinct expressions of shock, inquiry, and reverence, reflecting the psychological depth pioneered by artists during the Renaissance who sought to humanize this sacred narrative. The tableau serves as a poignant meditation on sacrifice, faith, and the fellowship of the twelve, bridging the gap between historical tradition and spiritual reflection. This piece aligns with themes of religious iconography, historical artistry, and traditional devotional decor, offering a timeless perspective on one of the most significant scenes in world history.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
