Description
Description
Representing the grace and precision of a raptor deeply woven into the annals of falconry, the Kestrel has long been celebrated for its distinctive hovering hunt and keen, watchful gaze. Historically, while larger falcons were reserved for the nobility, the smaller Kestrel was often affectionately termed the "windhover" and became a favored companion for those who admired its agility and spirited nature. This depiction captures the bird in a moment of stoic vigilance, echoing the artistry found in historical natural history cabinets that sought to immortalize the elegance of wild predators. Belonging to the themes of avian naturalism, woodland heritage, and classic wildlife conservation, this piece serves as a timeless tribute to the raptors that have haunted the skies and captured the human imagination throughout the centuries.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
