Vintage bar globe with wide lower shelf “Calipso”
Like the Greek nymph Calypso, this elegant bar globe will be able to inspire and amaze you from the first moment you see it in your living room. Give your favorite room a touch of classicism and surprise your guests with a unique anche chariming piece of furniture.
This stunning medium sized bar globe features a solid structure made up of 3 beech wood legs. The wheels allow Calipso globe to be moved to different rooms of the house or to different corners of the office.
The map, which faithfully reproduces a 16th century cartography, offers different colours: the classic version, with its warm autumnal tones, guarantees a touch of vintage and classic to your home, without however excluding more modern-looking rooms.
The top of the globe opens to reveal a bar compartment which can comfortably hold 4/5 bottles and approximately 12 glasses. Further bottles and useful objects can be placed on the wide lower base, decorated with a natural water colours wind rose. The sphere rotates completely around its meridian in both the open and closed positions.
Plan trips, sail to uncharted islands, cross unknown routes… all with your favorite drink in hand and comfortably seated in your sofa.

Arrived when expected and the item is beautiful. Looks quality and great detail. It is a gift for someone and I don't think they'll be disappointed with it. Also, I had some concerns about delivery time as I was on a tight schedule but had plenty of communication with the seller and it was delivered by Royal Mail which was reassuring.

This is a gift for my wife who loves owls. This piece of Steampunk art takes the wise bird whom Athena in Greek mythology favours to an entirely new level. I love steampunk art and my wife is quite impressed with this figurine which is well made and quite unique.
