Description
Description
The Poor Fellow-Soldiers of Christ and of the Temple of Solomon, commonly known as the Knights Templar, emerged in the early 12th century as a formidable monastic military order dedicated to the protection of pilgrims traversing the Holy Land. Adorned with the iconic red cross upon their white mantles, these warrior-monks epitomized the intersection of chivalric duty and religious devotion during the height of the Crusades. This commemorative piece draws inspiration from the Gothic architectural motifs and the solemn, disciplined iconography associated with the Order’s legacy, evoking the austere and storied history of a brotherhood that remains shrouded in legend, mythology, and scholarly fascination. This item belongs to the themes of medieval history, ecclesiastical regalia, and the romanticized heritage of the Crusades.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
