Description
Description
Throughout history, the peacock has been revered as a potent symbol of majesty, immortality, and eternal beauty, frequently appearing in the decorative arts of the Victorian and Art Nouveau eras to evoke a sense of opulence and refined grace. This piece draws upon that rich tradition, capturing the regal posture of the avian figure as it rests above an architectural base, its cascading train of iridescent plumage mimicking the intricate patterns found in turn-of-the-century garden statuary. Infused with motifs rooted in neoclassical design and romantic symbolism, the work embraces themes of botanical elegance, regal grandeur, and classical revivalism, offering a sophisticated homage to the aesthetic movements that celebrated the natural world through a lens of ornate, enduring luxury.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
