Description
Saint Teresa of Avila, a prominent figure in Christian mysticism, was a Spanish Carmelite nun and reformer of the Carmelite Order, renowned for her deep spirituality and contribution to Christian literature in the 16th century. Her spiritual awakening and mystical experiences, as detailed in her autobiographical works such as "The Life of Teresa of Jesus," have inspired countless followers in the realm of contemplative practice. This depiction of her, adorned with roses and the cross, symbolizes her unwavering devotion and the profound inner transformation she championed. Encompassing themes of faith, devotion, and reform, this piece invites reflection on her legacy as a Doctor of the Church and an enduring symbol of spiritual enlightenment.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
