Description
Description
Inspired by the botanical studies that flourished during the 19th-century naturalist movement, this piece celebrates the intricate, radial symmetry of the Schefflera arboricola, commonly known as the dwarf umbrella tree. Throughout the Victorian era, the fascination with exotic flora led artisans to immortalize the natural world’s complex patterns in permanent forms, echoing the period’s desire to bring the untamed beauty of the conservatory into the interior sanctum. The design captures the essence of the plant's distinctive palmate leaflets, arranged in a rhythmic, overlapping display that evokes a sense of balanced harmony found in deep, lush gardens. Falling within the themes of Biophilic Design and Botanical Art, this object honors the enduring human connection to nature, serving as a sophisticated homage to the perennial allure of the forest floor and the meticulous observation of organic structures.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
