Description
Description
The enchanting portrayal of mermaids has captivated human imagination for centuries, with roots deeply embedded in mythology and folklore. This piece, featuring two elegantly poised mermaids holding a shell, draws inspiration from the mythological sirens who were believed to possess unmatched beauty and alluring voices, often depicted as guardians of the sea. Such imagery has been prevalent in art and storytelling since ancient times, including the likes of Homer’s "Odyssey" and Andersen’s fairy tales, symbolizing mystery, transformation, and the interplay between humanity and the mystical realms. The harmonious design of this object invites appreciation of the mythological themes of beauty and the ocean's allure, capturing an eternal moment between fantasy and reality.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
