Description
Description
This evocative composition draws deeply from the aesthetic vocabulary of the 1925 Exposition Internationale des Arts Décoratifs et Industriels Modernes, capturing the quintessential spirit of the Jazz Age through its celebration of streamlined dynamism and geometric elegance. The central female figure, rendered with the idealized, elongated proportions characteristic of Interwar European sculpture, evokes the liberation and kinetic energy synonymous with the era's avant-garde dance and fashion. Framed by a sunburst motif—a hallmark of Art Deco stylization—the work bridges the gap between neoclassical allegory and the machine-age fascination with speed and symmetry. Belonging to the themes of early 20th-century decorative modernism and classical revivalism, this piece serves as a cultural artifact that reflects the period’s aspiration toward a sleek, idealized vision of the future fused with the grandeur of antiquity.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
