Description
Description
The Egyptian Winged Sun Column Hourglass is an evocative piece that draws inspiration from the ancient symbols and architecture of Egypt. The design prominently features the winged sun, a powerful emblem in Egyptian mythology representing divinity, protection, and power. This motif is often associated with the sun god Ra and was used to signify royal authority and the safeguarding of sacred spaces. The hieroglyphic adornments on the columns pay homage to the language and artistry of ancient Egypt, creating a visual narrative that echoes the grandeur of pharaonic times. This hourglass serves as a timeless reminder of both the enduring legacy of Egyptian culture and the flowing passage of time, making it a captivating addition to any collection dedicated to ancient historical themes or mythology.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
