Description
Description
This intricately designed piece draws inspiration from the proverbial "See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil," a concept that dates back to the 17th century. With roots in Japanese culture, the Three Wise Monkeys embody a principle of ignoring evil as a means of self-preservation and moral integrity. The skeletal motif adds an enigmatic touch, representing the transient nature of life and the inevitable embrace of mortality. The chains wrapping around symbolize binding commitments or consequences, offering a visual narrative that challenges viewers to consider the balance between heeding wisdom and confronting the sinister aspects of existence. This thematic piece belongs to the realms of gothic art and philosophical reflection, making it a conversation starter for those intrigued by deeper interpretations of historical symbolism.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
