Description
Description
As the eldest son of King Priam and Queen Hecuba, Hector stands as the quintessential defender of Troy in Homer’s *Iliad*, embodying the tragic heroism of the Trojan War. Revered not only as a formidable commander of the Trojan army but also as a devoted husband to Andromache and a loving father, he represents the noble struggle of a man duty-bound to protect his city against the inevitability of fate. His final, fateful confrontation with Achilles outside the Scaean Gates remains one of literature’s most profound examinations of honor, duty, and sacrifice, cementing his legacy as a timeless symbol of courage in the face of insurmountable odds. This piece captures the spirit of Classical Antiquity and the enduring allure of Ancient Greek mythology, serving as an evocative tribute to the epic narratives of the Heroic Age.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
