Description
Description
This representation of Jesus with open hands draws upon the timeless iconographic tradition of the *Christus Salvator*, emphasizing the theological doctrine of divine accessibility and boundless compassion. Inspired by historical depictions found in sacred art ranging from Byzantine mosaics to the contemplative statuary of the Renaissance, the gesture of the outstretched arms serves as a visual invitation to grace, reflecting the biblical promise of sanctuary for the weary and the faithful. The serene posture, characterized by an absence of defensive tension, symbolizes a bridge between the celestial and the earthly realms, embodying a perpetual state of offering and welcome. Rooted in themes of spiritual solace, unconditional love, and divine hospitality, this piece serves as a contemplative focal point that encourages a personal connection to the legacy of peaceful intercession and the enduring spirit of universal mercy.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
