Description
Description
This tableau captures a resonant archetype that has permeated folklore and mythology for centuries, portraying the symbiotic relationship between humanity and the mythical draconic force. Drawing upon the medieval tradition of the maiden as a symbol of untainted purity and natural grace, this piece subverts the classical trope of the slayer, instead presenting the dragon as a familiar or guardian. By replacing the narrative of violent subjugation with one of gentle communion, the composition evokes the alchemical belief in the harmony of elemental powers, mirroring medieval depictions of courtly virtue and the taming of wild, chthonic energies. Belonging to the themes of high fantasy, mythological symbolism, and the ethereal beauty of legend, this portrayal invites contemplation on our enduring fascination with the unseen and the magical creatures that inhabit the threshold of the human and the supernatural realms.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
