Description
Description
This piece invites the observer into an alternate Victorian era, where the boundaries between ancient mythology and the Industrial Revolution’s mechanical ambition blur into a singular, mesmerizing vision. Drawing inspiration from the speculative science fiction popularized by writers like H.G. Wells and Jules Verne, this artifact captures the quintessential spirit of the steam-powered aesthetic, reflecting a period of intense innovation and imaginative engineering. The central motif of the dragon, often revered in traditional folklore as a guardian of hidden treasures, is here reimagined as a sentinel of chronometric technology. Integrating fantasy with the nascent science of the late nineteenth century, the object embodies the core tenets of the steampunk and high fantasy genres, serving as a portal to a world where clockwork gears, pressurized valves, and primordial beasts converge to measure the passage of time itself.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
