Description
Description
Drawing inspiration from the enigmatic legacy of Michel de Nostredame, this piece reimagines the 16th-century seer through the lens of Victorian speculative fiction. While Nostradamus sought to decode the celestial patterns governing human history, this representation elevates the cephalopod—a creature long shrouded in maritime lore and occult symbolism—as the new harbinger of the chronos. Cloaked in the sartorial elegance of the industrial era and deeply engaged with archaic manuscripts, the figure serves as a synthesis of the Enlightenment’s thirst for knowledge and the uncanny mystery of the deep sea. This work belongs to the steampunk and nautical fantasy themes, celebrating a world where the relentless mechanics of time intertwine with the intellectual curiosity of a fantastical polymath.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
