Description
Description
Capturing the exuberant spirit of mid-20th-century sports caricatures, this piece reflects the lighthearted tradition of depicting athletes with exaggerated features and humorous expressions. Such representations were frequently popularized in European editorial cartoons and sporting journals of the era, serving as a whimsical homage to the grit and passion found on the pitch. This portrayal emphasizes the joyous intensity of the game, celebrating the individuality of the player through a stylized lens that captures the quintessential movement and fervor of competitive football. Belonging to the themes of sports heritage, character study, and satirical art, this representation invites viewers to appreciate the playfulness inherent in the global phenomenon of the beautiful game.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
