Description
Description
The folklore of wishing wells traces back to ancient European traditions, where bodies of water—particularly springs and wells—were regarded as sacred portals to the spirit realm. Cultures across the continent believed that water sources were guarded by deities or nature spirits, and by offering a coin or a token, an individual could secure the favor of these otherworldly protectors in exchange for good fortune. This enchanting piece captures that timeless mythos, featuring a serene fairy as the steward of a hidden spring. Belonging to the themes of high fantasy, Celtic folklore, and enchanted woodland mysticism, this scene invites the viewer to partake in the age-old practice of reflection and hope, bridging the gap between the mundane world and the ethereal realm of legends where magic resides in every drop of water.

Care
Care
Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, and prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight. For bronze and metal pieces, an occasional light coat of wax or polish helps preserve the finish. Porcelain and glass items should be hand-cleaned gently to protect painted or gilded details.
